Regarding photography/videography, we do NOT use any digital filters nor photo editing on the images/video to preserve the quality/condition of each item for your viewing.

We encourage/welcome/expect you to come in to our physical location BEFORE you bid and enter into a legal binding contract with us, by bidding in the sale.

Payment Information:
Upon completion of the sale, your credit card on file, will be automatically instantly charged for your purchases. YOU are responsible for updating your payment method, BEFORE the conclusion of the sale. If paying by Wire, Zelle, ACH, payment must clear before pick up, contact us for details/confirmation Auction@BidderBros.com
EXCEPTIONS: If you'd like to change or update your payment method, you must notify us BEFORE the conclusion of the sale.
If you prefer to,receive a 4% discount off the Buyer's Premium, you can make payment via Wire Transfer / Bank ACH Transfer / Zelle.
You must notify us BEFORE the conclusion of the sale, BEFORE your card on file is charged.
If your credit card on file is not able to successfully pay the amount you owe, IMMEDIATELY at the conclusion of the sale, your Bidder account is subject to penalties/fees, and possible forfeiture of your items purchased. (Don't be like CHARLES, who was banned from our auction lol).
Removal of Items Purchased:
All items must be paid for in full, before attempting to pickup or ship them. A PRINTED "PAID" Invoice is required in order to move any items, purchased. You are responsible for any disassembly, wrapping, packing, securing.

Shippers have 2 weeks to pickup items. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Shipping / Handling: IF you plan on having your items shipped, YOU MUST make all shipping arrangements and payment of shipping charges DIRECTLY with your shipping agent/company.
We do NOT palletize NOR crate items for shipping. Make sure you make those arrangements with your shipper directly.
IF you would like your game wrapped in Plastic Stretch Wrap, we can do so for $40 per Item.
Nationwide Shipping Available via BELTMANN LOGISTICS:
We have used BELTMANN LOGISTICS for decades, and can refer you to them for a quote. Simply email them at COINOP@BELTMANN.COM with your contact info/shipping info and Item information. IF you are using them for your items, Please send us an email to Auction@BidderBros.com so we can coordinate the pickup appointment with them. Though we will coordinate schedules with them, YOU as a buyer, must arrange your shipment with them and pay them for their services directly.
Warranty Information:
No warranties exist on any items we sell. ALL Items are sold in "as-is" and "where-is" condition. You are resposible for researching your item, and inspecting it BEFORE placing your legally binding bid.

It's safe to assume, these accessories are NOT included in each lot, UNLESS specified in the lot details of each item. We promise to do our best to make note of the presence of locks/keys/coin mechanisms, etc.
Internet Issues:
We are not responsible for any internet outtages on your computer system, nor services. We highly recommend you enter your bids in advance, so that you're better prepared just in case of any outside forces preventing you from bidding on the day of the auction.
Disciplinary Actions:
We reserve the right to reject your bid, for any reason, especially if you have a history of unpaid invoices, or other issues we deem necessary. (NonPayer bidders are banned instantly to preserve the integrity of the sale.)

SOFT CLOSE INFO:
A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes, giving them an unfair advantage over other bidders. Instead, we promote safe/equal bidding, by using Hibid.com's Soft-Close system.
This means that if a bidder enters a bid within the last minute of the lot's initial closing time, a 1-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static.
Chargeback Policy: There is NO chargeback/refund policy. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and we provide preview/inspection times for you to inspect each item before bidding.
BUYBACK POLICY: We do Not allow buybacks of items.
